Digital Advisory
Clear, practical advice for your website, SEO and systems
Clear, practical advice for your website, SEO and systems
When your digital setup starts to feel unclear or overwhelming, doing more isn’t always the answer — clarity is.
This service helps you understand how your website, SEO, systems and marketing are working together (or not), and where to focus next.
You’ll get practical, experience-led guidance — not templates, trends, or pressure to “do more”.
How digital advisory works
Digital Reviews & Advisory focuses on understanding the whole picture — how your digital presence supports your business day to day, and where things may be unclear, duplicated, or underperforming.
How your website supports your services and enquiries — structure, messaging, and navigation.
How systems, data, workflows and tools connect behind the scenes to support operations.
Reviewing how your business appears across search and key platforms and what trust signals are in place.
Providing clear direction on priorities without adding unnecessary complexity.
The goal is clarity, not a long list of tasks.
What a digital review may include
Website & content clarity
If your visibility setup is unclear or incomplete, decisions are often made on the wrong information.
This review looks at how your business appears in search, along with your Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile setup.
I assess SEO foundations at a strategic level and identify gaps, issues or missed opportunities.
Best suited for:
Businesses who want clarity on their search presence before investing further in SEO

Visibility & search overview
Even a well-designed website can underperform if messaging and structure don’t align with how your audience thinks or searches.
This review looks at how clearly your website communicates what you do, who it’s for, and what action visitors should take.
I review structure, navigation and content flow to identify where things feel unclear, overly complex or misaligned.
Best suited for:
Businesses whose website no longer reflects their services or isn’t converting as expected
Pricing:
$180 per hour (ex GST)
Social & content direction
Many businesses invest time into content without a clear role or connection to enquiries.
This review looks at your social presence from a strategic perspective — how it aligns with your website, messaging and goals.
I provide guidance on content direction, positioning and how your channels support your broader digital strategy.
Best suited for:
Businesses who want direction on content without outsourcing ongoing management
Pricing:
$180 per hour (ex GST)
Email marketing & customer journeys
Email is often one of the highest-return channels, but it’s frequently underused or poorly structured.
This review looks at how email supports your business — including newsletters, automations and key customer journeys.
The focus is on structure, intent and effectiveness, rather than just tools.
Best suited for:
Businesses using (or planning to use) email who want to improve performance without overcomplicating it
Pricing:
$180 per hour (ex GST)
Systems, tools & workflows
Disconnected systems can create unnecessary admin, missed enquiries and inefficiencies.
This review looks at how your tools work together behind the scenes — including forms, bookings, CRMs and internal workflows.
I assess where friction or duplication exists, and whether your setup supports efficient day-to-day operations.
Best suited for:
Businesses whose systems feel harder to manage than they should be
Pricing:
$180 per hour (ex GST)
Guidance before decisions
This service is designed for moments where things feel unclear — when your digital setup has grown over time, priorities are competing, or you’re not sure where to focus next.
It’s particularly helpful if you want to step back and understand what’s working, what’s not, and what actually deserves your attention — before committing time, budget, or energy to changes.
Many clients come to this service after feeling unsure about their website, SEO, systems, or previous advice.
My role is to provide an independent, experience-led review of what’s already in place, explain things in plain language, and help you prioritise with confidence.
“Dana is an extremely skilled professional in the digital space. I felt she really took time to get to know me and what I wanted for my business and was really positive. This is a new space for me and I have felt like I am in good hands!”Natalie Sutherland, Sutherland Counselling
A few things you might be wondering…
If you’re considering working with The Partner Consulting, these are some of the questions I am most often asked.
-
Implementation is optional. This service focuses on clarity and direction first. You can choose to implement changes yourself, with another provider, or continue working together.
-
Not always. Some businesses benefit from starting with delivery, others from clarity first. We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for your situation.
-
Most reviews are completed over a defined period, with scope agreed upfront. Timing depends on complexity, but expectations are set clearly before work begins.
-
Very little. You don’t need a formal brief or a clear plan. If you have a website, access to key tools (like Google Analytics or Search Console), and a sense that things feel unclear or fragmented, that’s enough to begin. Part of the value of this service is helping you work out what matters — not expecting you to arrive with answers.
-
Possibly. I currently work as a Digital Solutions advisor, and in some cases businesses may be eligible to access funded advisory support through the Digital Solutions program. Eligibility depends on business type, location, and current availability.
If funding is an option, we can confirm eligibility and complete the required sign-up and contract process before proceeding. If funding isn’t available or suitable, this service can also be delivered privately.
Let’s start with a conversation
If you’re feeling unsure about where to start with your digital needs, a no obligation chat is often the most helpful first step.
We’ll talk through your business, your current website (if you have one), and what you’re hoping to improve. From there, you’ll get clear, honest guidance on what’s worth addressing next — whether that’s a rebuild, an audit, ongoing support, or something more targeted.
