Website Design & Rebuilds

Designed to help people understand what you do, trust your business, and take action — with clear structure, strong foundations, and no unnecessary complexity.

Squarespace & Shopify websites for Australian small businesses

Your website should make it easy for people to understand what you do, trust your business, and take the next step — without you having to constantly explain or apologise for it.

I design, rebuild and refine Squarespace and Shopify websites for Australian small businesses who want a site that feels clear, professional and easy to manage.

Whether you’re starting fresh, rebranding, or fixing a website that’s no longer doing its job, the focus is on structure, usability, and SEO-ready foundations that support your business long term.

This isn’t about chasing trends or overcomplicating things — it’s about building a website that works.

How your website is designed to perform

Website projects focus on more than just design — they’re built around how your business operates, how your audience thinks, and how enquiries actually happen.

Each website is structured to support clarity, usability and long-term performance.

How your website communicates your services — including structure, messaging and navigation

How SEO foundations are built in — including page structure, content alignment and search visibility

How your website supports enquiries — from user flow and calls to action through to key conversion points

How your website connects with your systems — including forms, bookings, integrations and workflows

The goal is a website that’s clear, usable, and built to support real enquiries — not just look good.

Website Services

Custom Website Builds

Custom website builds are designed for businesses starting fresh, rebranding, or moving to Squarespace or Shopify from another platform. Each build is structured around clear navigation, mobile usability, and content that reflects how your business actually operates — not just how a template looks.

Every project includes discovery and scoping, sitemap and structure planning, a custom build, mobile optimisation, SEO-ready foundations, analytics and tracking setup, and training at handover so you can confidently manage your site.

Indicative pricing (ex GST):
Most builds fall between $3,500–$6,500 depending on scope, page count, and functionality.

Website Rebuilds & Revamps

Rebuilds and revamps are suited to existing Squarespace or Shopify websites that no longer support the business effectively. This might include unclear structure, outdated layouts, poor mobile usability, or SEO issues that can’t be solved with surface-level tweaks.

This work focuses on improving navigation, content clarity, mobile experience, SEO foundations, and conversion pathways — without carrying forward legacy issues that are holding the site back.

Indicative pricing (ex GST):
Most builds fall between $3,500–$6,500 depending on scope, page count, and functionality.

Website Intensives

Principle of leverage illustration with a lever, fulcrum, and load.

Website intensives are time-boxed improvements designed to deliver focused, high-impact changes without committing to a full rebuild. They’re ideal for addressing specific usability, conversion, performance, or SEO issues on Squarespace or Shopify sites.

Each intensive includes a pre-session audit, a clearly defined scope of improvements, implementation within an agreed timeframe, and a summary of outcomes with recommended next steps.

Indicative pricing (ex GST):
$180 per hour (fixed scope agreed in advance).

Website in a Week

Website in a Week is a structured, fast-track Squarespace build designed to get a clear, professional website live quickly. It’s best suited to service-based businesses that don’t require ecommerce or complex functionality.

This option focuses on clarity, usability, and getting the right information in place — without the longer timelines of a fully custom build. It includes a custom-built template, up to five standard pages, mobile optimisation, basic SEO setup, contact form integration, and launch within five business days (subject to availability).

Indicative pricing (ex GST):
$2,500–$4,500 (fixed scope).

Ongoing Support

Ongoing support is available for businesses that want to continue improving their website over time — without being locked into ongoing contracts or retainers.

This may include:

  • Content updates and page changes

  • Usability and layout improvements

  • SEO refinements and optimisation

  • Troubleshooting and technical fixes

  • Small system or integration updates

Support is flexible and tailored to your business, so you can get help when you need it — whether that’s occasional updates or more regular input as your website evolves.

“Dana really got the "look", feel and words that we were after with the vision we had for our website. Dana is amazing, patient and easy to talk to.”

A few things you might be wondering…

If you’re considering working with The Partner Consulting, these are some of the questions I am most often asked.

  • You don’t need to arrive with finished content. I’ll guide you on what’s needed, help shape structure and messaging, and refine what you already have. Some clients start with rough notes, others with existing copy — both are completely fine.

  • Very little. A basic understanding of your services and who you work with is enough to begin. I’ll support you through decisions around structure, priorities, and content as part of the process.

  • Website pricing covers the build itself. Additional costs may include your Squarespace subscription, domain registration, or any third-party tools you choose to use. These are always discussed upfront so there are no surprises.

  • AI may be used as a support tool for research or early drafts, but it never replaces strategic thinking or human judgement. All final decisions, content, and structure are reviewed and refined by me to ensure they reflect your business accurately. If you prefer AI not be used, just let me know.

  • Yes. I regularly work with businesses in regulated industries such as health, NDIS, recruitment, and professional services. While I don’t provide legal advice, I design websites with compliance considerations in mind and work within any guidelines or requirements you need to meet.

  • Yes. Mobile usability is considered from the outset, not added later. Layouts, navigation, and content are designed to work clearly across devices.

Let’s start with a conversation

If you’re feeling unsure about where to start with your digital needs, a no obligation chat is often the most helpful first step.

We’ll talk through your business, your current website (if you have one), and what you’re hoping to improve. From there, you’ll get clear, honest guidance on what’s worth addressing next — whether that’s a rebuild, an audit, ongoing support, or something more targeted.
